A steady presence for the work of understanding yourself.

Therapy is a chance to be truly seen — and the first step toward real change.
Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, the aftereffects of past experiences, or simply feeling stuck and wanting to grow, this space is here to support that work.
Some of the people I work with come to therapy after years of feeling like they don’t fully know who they are, or that their sense of self shifts depending on who they’re with and how that person is treating them in the moment. Others struggle with emotions that feel enormous and hard to regulate, an ever-present fear that the people they love will eventually leave, or a pattern of relationships that swing between closeness and abandonment. Some carry a persistent gap between how capable or confident they may appear to others, and a private sense of emptiness, shame, or not being enough underneath.
If any of this resonates, please know: none of this makes you difficult, broken, or too much. These patterns almost always make sense given where you came from, and they are workable, often most directly through the relationship between client and therapist itself, which can become a live space to notice and shift these patterns as they happen, rather than only talking about them after the fact.
I offer a steady, non-judgmental presence that can stay with you through intensity rather than stepping back from it.
Accessible care, online, immediately available.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably already looking for help — and navigating the mental health system can be frustrating, especially when you want an approach that treats you as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms.
You can reach out directly, with no requirement for a diagnosis or referral letter. I offer online therapy from my practice in Greece. Together we’ll explore what you’re facing and find an approach that genuinely fits you.
