Yoga Analysis

Yoga Analysis is an innovative blend of psychotherapy and yoga, grounded in the understanding that your emotions are not just mental experiences, but physical ones, too – hence the term ‘feelings.’ By integrating mindful static stretching into talk therapy, you can confront both mental and physical manifestations of stress, trauma, and anxiety. The practice draws from the connection between different parts of the body and corresponding emotions, allowing a more holistic healing process. Longer than typical therapy sessions, these 90-minute engagements ensure ample time for exploration and healing of both mind and body.
